DESCRIPTION: A certificate issued to all person/entities/facilities in possession of non-threatened, exotic, threatened aquatic wildlife (e.g Hobbyist, Pet Shops), raising exotic cultivated aquatic wildlife, engaged in captive-breeding of marine and freshwater ornamental fish and other aquatic wildlife compliant to the requirements under Sec. 27 of Fisheries Administrative Order No. 233, otherwise known as “Aquatic Wildlife Conservation”
