The RMaTDeC – HINP Satellite Station’s primary mandate is to develop and maintain various species of marine finfishes and invertebrates to support the breeder requirement of the RMaTDeC Lucap Multi-Species Hatchery. Maintaining broodstock ensures a closed-cyle production of seedstock – seeds that will later on be provided to our fisherfolk beneficiaries. Through this, we achieve sustainable fish production.
We BOOST fisheries production by FULFILLING our mandate of producing quality broodstock. Together, we ACHIEVE significant milestones by providing our dear fisherfolk with seed inputs. Ultimately, we all RISE above the challenges of food security and food sustainability.
