The Philippine Fisheries and Coastal Resiliency Project (FishCoRe) commenced its 2025 activities with a comprehensive Year-End Review for FY 2024 and an Annual Planning Workshop. This dual-purpose event was designed to facilitate a thoughtful reflection on the successes and obstacles encountered in 2024, while simultaneously paving the way for the strategic planning and goal setting for FY 2025.

Participants engaged in a thorough assessment of the project’s implementation status and overall progress, as well as in charting a clear path forward for the upcoming fiscal year. The workshop fostered a collaborative environment, encouraging inputs and perspectives from all levels of the project, including the National Project Management Office (NPMO), Regional Project Implementation Units (RPIUs), FMA Coordinating Units (FCUs), and key partner agencies.
