In support to the implementation of the Philippine Fisheries and Coastal Resiliency (FishCoRe) Project, the Regional Project Implementing Unit (RPIU) 6 conducted the Bangus Stakeholders Consultation and Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) on May 22–23, 2025, in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Fisherfolk groups and local government units (LGUs) from Region 1 and 3 participated in the two-day event, which aimed to strengthen collaboration and enhance the bangus (milkfish) value chain toward sustainable aquaculture development. The consultation also served as a platform for stakeholders to raise concerns, share insights, and help shape the direction of future interventions in the bangus industry.
