Component 1
Sub-component 1.1: Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries Management Planning and Institutions. FishCRRMΒ will support FMA institutional and planning development for the coastal and municipal waters of FMA 6 and FMA 9, with a view to maximizing ecological and socioeconomic benefits and building resilience in coastal communities.
Component 2
MARLIN aims to enhance the economic value of fisheries and aquaculture to fishing communities through strategic and climate-resilient investments to reduce postharvest losses, expand aquaculture production, and add value to fisheries production.
COMPONENT 3
SUPRIM will be mainly responsible for overall project management and coordination. It will support the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) from the central office to the regional field offices through the National Project Management Office (NPMO), Regional Project Implementation Units (RPIUs) in the Fisheries Management Areas (FMAs), and the Regional FMA Coordinating Units (RFCUs) β in the effective management of the Project.
