Four fisherfolk associations from La Union, Pangasinan, and Ilocos Norte took part in a capacity-building program that trained 120 participants on developing seaweed-based products under BFAR’s Seaweed Food Cart (SFCart) Project, a key initiative of the Enhanced Philippine Seaweed Development Program.
